About Treatmonde

Treatmonde is operated by Rebecca Otto, based in Oakham, Rutland. By using this website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & appointments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time with no reduction in price.
If you have any health conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform us before booking. Some treatments may not be suitable.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit 50% of the treatment fee.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.
In the event that Treatmonde needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook.

Products & purchases

All product prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable.
Physical products are dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
We do not accept returns on opened skincare or wellness products for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Vouchers can be used toward any treatment or product of equal or greater value.

Wellness events

Tickets for wellness events (including the Treatmonde Ritual Day) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Treatmonde. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

Liability

Treatmonde takes all reasonable care to ensure treatments are delivered safely and professionally. However, we cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions or allergies. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical information prior to your appointment.

Website use

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Treatmonde and may not be reproduced without written permission. We make every effort to ensure information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee this at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
